Where some like to use the ANTCLABS BLT, some dislike it.
Pricewise the BLT is more expeive.
The UBC veion you see here is cheap, very cheap and the fun of it all you can adapt it for almost every machine not only the Tevo Black Widow.
Some features over other UBC devices:
1] it can be used on all bed surfaces (no exclusio).
2] it is not prone to temperature changes in the room or bed.
3] what you see is what you get during the working and setup.
4] High accuracy and repeatability (better then.......:-) )
5} Lowest price possible with ready to buy products.
There are two veio in the files.
One for the Titan extruder
One for the STOCK BW extruder
The seor activator works for both veio.
Both have premade support added.
Only print the seor activator with black filament ( do not use light colo or tralucent )
Seor:
5 volt optical 3D endstop seor.
The pin that guides the seor activator is 2 mm but the holes in the seor activator and the housing can be drilled to 3 mm maximum in size.
The example uses a 2 mm carbon pin.
Servo's:
The set up uses a HXT500 servo and has screw holes to fix the servo.
In Marlin set the servo values 90 for down and 130 for up as a guideline
or adapt them if needed.
Measured deviation 0.003 mm average.
Servo cost /- 3 Euro
Seor cost 1 Euro
Extra hardware:
Need one M3 x 10 mm screw to secure the pin to the seor activator.
Need two M3 x 8 mm screw to attach the seor to the housing.
