This is a remix from the model available for download here: so thank you Iokka for your wonderful model.
I basically converted the model which was meant for rendering to a model that is meant for printing by applying all relevant modifie of the original Blender file, combining everything, using a couple tricks to make the model solid, and running it through Netfabb to fix any erro that I couldn't fix. Scaled to roughly 32mm size, the typical size for tabletop miniatures.
