I try to 3D print the gears with the different module but the same pitch circle and the same pressure angle.
Just mesh them to prove the theory of involute.
Dimensions: 130 x 80 x 9 (mm^3)
Contact plane clearance: 0.15 mm
齒輪是機(jī)械中常用的機(jī)件，同樣模數(shù)的齒輪一定可以互相嚙合。最近研究齒輪，發(fā)現(xiàn)同樣節(jié)圓與壓力角的齒輪，就算模數(shù)不同，其齒型仍會(huì)一樣，因?yàn)槭菑耐瑯拥幕鶊A畫出漸開線。
故此影片即實(shí)際畫出、列印齒輪測(cè)試之。
