A little OpeCAD program to generate a jigsaw puzzle; attached are two examples of its output. (Note that the puzzle changes each time it's rendered in OpeCAD due to randomized seed)
Cut width of 0.5mm should be large enough to allow printing in place (the finished puzzle will be a loose fit), but of coue you can split up the pieces in your Slicer program if you'd rather.
I suggest changing the filament color during the print to highlight the text and frame border (I just manually added an "M600" command at the desired layer in the gcode).
Improvement suggestio (or remixes) welcome!
